        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2013 As digital activity among the public increases ahead of Eid\n1447H, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) and all TelkomGroup\noperating companies are supporting a network quality assurance agenda\nmarked by the implementation of a joint alert command centre for Optimal\nTelecommunications Service Quality in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative, held by the Ministry of Communication and Digital RI\n(Komdigi) in Jakarta on Friday, 13 March 2026, was led by Komdigi\nSecretary-General Dr.\u00a0Ir. Ismail, M.T. In attendance were Telkom Chief\nExecutive Officer Dian Siswarini, Telkomsel Chief Executive Officer\nNugroho, directors of TelkomGroup operating companies, and\nrepresentatives of technical personnel from Telkomsel, InfraNexia, and\nTelkomAkses.<\/p>\n<p>The presence of this management team demonstrates TelkomGroup\u2019s\ncommitment to collaborate with the government, industry stakeholders,\nand all relevant parties in maintaining telecommunications service\nquality for the public.<\/p>\n<p>In his remarks, Komdigi Secretary-General Dr.\u00a0Ir. Ismail, M.T.\nemphasised the importance of collaboration between government, mobile\noperators, and all stakeholders to ensure the public can enjoy safe,\nstable, and high-quality communication services during the Ramadan and\nEid periods.<\/p>\n<p>Telkom Chief Executive Officer Dian Siswarini stated: \u201cThe entire\nTelkomGroup ecosystem is committed to collaborating and providing\nconnectivity that supports the public\u2019s various digital activities\nduring Ramadan through Eid, so that family gatherings can remain\nuninterrupted throughout all regions of Indonesia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To ensure infrastructure and network operational readiness during the\nRamadan and Eid period, TelkomGroup also launched the TelkomGroup Alert\nCommand Centre for 2026 (SIAGA RAFI 2026) at the Telkom Integrated\nOperation Centre (TIOC) Command Centre in Jakarta, with participation\nfrom all command centres across Indonesia via video link.<\/p>\n<p>Under the theme \u201cAlways Present, Serve Wholeheartedly,\u201d the\nTelkomGroup SIAGA RAFI alert command centre will operate 24 hours a day\nduring the period of 13\u201330 March 2026. A total of 22 command centres,\ncomprising 9 main posts and 13 operating company posts, are supported by\nmore than 480 command centre staff and over 13,200 field personnel\ndeployed to ensure service stability throughout Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>To strengthen operational coordination, TelkomGroup has also\nestablished a special task force involving various entities within the\nTelkomGroup ecosystem. In its implementation, the coordination of\nnetwork infrastructure readiness and service operations is orchestrated\nby PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (InfraNexia), the operating company\nresponsible for managing TelkomGroup\u2019s connectivity infrastructure.<\/p>",
