This move aims to strengthen\nTelkom\u2019s position as a national digital strategic holding. The\ntransformation was discussed in a meeting between BP BUMN Chief and\nDanantara COO Dony Oskaria and Telkom\u2019s Director of Strategic Business\nDevelopment &amp; Portfolio Seno Soemadji at Wisma Danantara on Monday\n(25 May 2026). During the meeting, Telkom outlined several streamlining\nstrategies, including mergers, divestments, liquidations, business\nconsolidations, and the formation of new enterprise holdings. These\nsteps are intended to strengthen digital business and national telecom\ninfrastructure focus amid intensifying industry competition.
