        "content": "<p>PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) has confirmed that it will not\ndistribute an interim dividend for its first-half 2026 performance. TLKM\nwill pay cash dividends after the end of the fiscal year, through a\nresolution passed at the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).<\/p>\n<p>Telkom\u2019s Finance and Risk Management Director, Arthur Angelo\nSyailendra, explained that the dividend policy continues to take into\naccount the company\u2019s performance, expansion and investment needs,\nmarket conditions and shareholder aspirations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTelkom will remain focused on cash dividends distributed after the\nend of the current fiscal year, with the decision made through the AGM\nfor that fiscal year,\u201d he explained during a press conference on Monday\n(7\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the payout ratio, Arthur said, Telkom will balance dividend\ngrowth per share with its expansion and investment needs. This takes\ninto account the company\u2019s performance, market conditions and the\naspirations of its shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>For the 2025 fiscal year, Telkom distributed cash dividends of Rp\n21.99 trillion, or Rp 223.17 per share. That figure equates to a payout\nratio of 123.5%, which included the use of part of its retained earnings\nbalance.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, from its 2024 book profit, the company \u2014 whose logo\nfeatures five fingers \u2014 distributed cash dividends of Rp 21.04 trillion,\nequivalent to Rp 212.46 per share.<\/p>",
