        "content": "<p>PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) will distribute a cash\ndividend of IDR 21.99 trillion for the 2025 financial year. The dividend\npayment will be executed on 10 July 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Based on information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the\ntotal dividend to be distributed reaches IDR 21.99 trillion. The\ndividend payment is scheduled for 10 July 2026 to shareholders recorded\nin the Register of Shareholders (DPS) on 19 June 2026 at 16.00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>Telkom\u2019s SVP Corporate Secretary, Jati Widagdo, stated that the\ndividend distribution is the result of the Annual General Meeting of\nShareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 Financial Year held on 8 June 2026.\n\u201cThe cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is 17 June\n2026,\u201d said Jati on Thursday (11\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The ex-dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is 18 June\n2026. Subsequently, the cum dividend date in the cash market is 19 June\n2026, with the ex-dividend date in the cash market on 22 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>For reference, TLKM\u2019s dividend payout ratio is 123% of the company\u2019s\n2025 net profit. The net profit attributable to the parent entity, which\nforms the basis for the dividend distribution, was recorded at IDR 17.81\ntrillion. Meanwhile, the company\u2019s total equity as of 31 December 2025\nreached IDR 150.54 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Telkom\u2019s President Director, Dian Siswarini, conveyed\nthat in calculating the dividend payment, the company certainly\nconsiders various aspects, primarily the balance between returns to\nshareholders and long-term investment needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDespite facing industry pressures and uncertainties throughout 2025,\nTLKM has successfully proven that its business fundamentals remain\nintact and cash flow has also strengthened.
