        "content": "<p>Telkom issues bonds<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: State-owned telecommunications company PT Telekomunikasi<br>\nIndonesia (Telkom) announced Tuesday its plan to issue fixed rate<br>\nbonds worth Rp 1 trillion (US$109 million) with five years tenor<br>\nand indicative coupon rates of between 17-17.5 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The company said in a statement that approximately 84 percent<br>\nof the proceeds will be used for investment in telecommunications<br>\nnetwork development using CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access)<br>\ntechnology.
