This was conveyed by Telkom\u2019s Director of Enterprise & Business\nService, Veranita Yosephine, to the Head of the Danantara Investment\nManagement Agency and Chief Operating Officer, Dony Oskaria, during a\nstrategic discussion on the development of Telkom Enterprise. In line\nwith Telkom\u2019s \u2018TLKM 30\u2019 transformation strategy, the enterprise segment\nis undergoing restructuring to improve organisation, strengthen\ngovernance, and simplify business processes to become more effective,\nefficient, and market-oriented in the B2B segment.<\/p>\n
This initiative is part of Telkom\u2019s synergy with Danantara to address\nnew challenges requiring strong national digital capabilities.\n\u201cIndonesia needs strong national digital capabilities to address the\nchallenges of artificial intelligence (AI), cyber security, data\nsovereignty, and AI sovereignty. Telkom is ready to take on this\nstrategic role by strengthening integrated connectivity and digital\nsolutions to support digital transformation across various sectors,\u201d\nVeranita stated in an official release on Friday.<\/p>\n
She further explained that digital solutions such as AI, cloud, data\ncentres, managed services, Internet of Things (IoT), and cyber security\nrequire resilient, secure, and high-capacity connectivity to operate\noptimally. Consequently, Telkom continues to strengthen its enterprise\nbusiness to deliver integrated digital services and become a strategic\npartner for customers in meeting their transformation needs.<\/p>\n
Currently, the enterprise business contributes approximately 11%, or\nRp19 trillion, to Telkom\u2019s total revenue. This contribution has\nsignificant room for growth, considering that at several global\ntelecommunications companies, the enterprise business can account for\n20%-30% or more of total revenue. This indicates an opportunity for\nTelkom to further develop its enterprise business as a future growth\nengine.<\/p>\n
