Unfortunately, there were some problems with the<br>\ncomputer system at the Cikini branch of Bank Ekspor Impor that<br>\nday. We were asked to write down our telephone number on a piece<br>\nof paper, which was then stamped by the bank in order to avoid<br>\nbeing fined by the telephone company.<\/p>\n<p>To our disappointment, on the following day the bank only gave<br>\nus the blue receipt. We were told to obtain the breakdown of the<br>\nbill form the PT Telkom office on Jl. Proklamasi in Central<br>\nJakarta.<\/p>\n<p>We had to go to Jl. Proklamasi, which meant wasting our time.<br>\nAs a client, we felt let down. We don't understand why the bank<br>\nfailed to inform its customers that it could not fully serve its<br>\nclients that day.<\/p>\n<p>It would have been a great help had the bank put a notice on<br>\nthe counters about the inconvenience rather than serving us half-<br>\nway, forcing us to go to two places to settle our bill.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to draw the bank's attention to the matter to<br>\nprevent future inconveniences.<\/p>\n<p>PUSPA MADANI<\/p>\n<p>Wisma Antara<\/p>",
