Regent Ischak\u2019s presence reflected the Tegal Regency\nGovernment\u2019s commitment to supporting a strengthened business ecosystem\nand a conducive investment climate in Central Java. The ceremony marking\nthe start of the new Apindo Central Java leadership under Helmy Tas\u2019an\nWartono was attended by Central Java Deputy Governor Taj Yasin, Apindo\nNational Board Chairwoman Shinta Widjaja Kamdani, members of the Central\nJava Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, regional heads, academics,\nand labour unions from across Central Java. Deputy Governor Taj Yasin\nstressed the importance of uniting domestic economic power to reduce\ndependence on external factors amidst escalating global geopolitical\nconditions. \u2018The interest of entrepreneurs to invest in Central Java is\nvery strong. Coupled with the newly inaugurated Apindo, this shows that\nthe unity between entrepreneurs and their labour unions is truly solid,\nso they will further strengthen Central Java\u2019s economy,\u2019 he stated. He\nalso expressed hope that the new board will continue to maintain\nregional conduciveness and build close relationships between employers\nand employees.
