        "content": "<p>The Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army, General Maruli\nSimanjuntak, has designated Cabinet Secretary Lieutenant Colonel Teddy\nIndra Wijaya as the author of the best individual research paper\n(Taskap) for the LXVIII Regular Education course at Seskoad 2026. The\nannouncement was made during the closing ceremony of the course at the\nProfessor Doctor Satrio Building, Seskoad Bandung, West Java, on\nWednesday, 3 June 2026. \u201cSeskoad graduates must possess strong strategic\ninsight, a visionary mindset, and high moral integrity,\u201d stated Maruli,\nas quoted from the official Indonesian Army website.<\/p>\n<p>Following his designation as the best Taskap author, Teddy was\ninvited to present his research findings before guests and student\nofficers. Maruli reminded all Seskoad student officers that they must\nnot focus solely on technical and tactical military skills, but must\nalso develop superior character as the next generation of the Army\u2019s\nstruggle. He noted that future challenges will demand military leaders\nwho are not only excellent in soldierly professionalism but are also\ncapable of strategic thinking, adapting to technological developments,\nand maintaining a long-term vision.<\/p>\n<p>Maruli also urged Teddy and all student officers to maintain\nintegrity, enhance their self-capacity, and foster a culture of lifelong\nlearning. \u201cThe educational foundation obtained is expected to serve as a\nbasis for facing various operational challenges while providing the best\ncontribution to the progress of the organisation,\u201d said the former\nCommander of Kostrad.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the Head of the Indonesian Army Information Service,\nBrigadier General Donny Pramono, explained that the Seskoad education\ncourse attended by Teddy utilised a blended learning method. This\nmethod, he noted, was adjusted to the development of the educational\nsystem and the dynamics of duties and organisational needs within the\nArmy. \u201cThe implementation of the education included both face-to-face\nand online methods,\u201d said Donny on Saturday, 7 February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Seskoad is the highest general development educational institution\nwithin the Indonesian Army. The institution aims to shape middle-ranking\nofficers, at the rank of Major or Lieutenant Colonel, to possess\nleadership, managerial, and strategic capabilities. The LXVII Regular\nEducation Seskoad 2026 was attended by 279 student officers, comprising\n255 Indonesian Army officers, 4 Navy officers, 2 Air Force officers, 7\nNational Police officers, and 11 officers from friendly nations.<\/p>",
