Knowledge is now accessible to\neveryone,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The minister stressed that technology must be used in a structured\nand systematic manner. Without proper management, he warned, broader\naccess to knowledge may not yield optimal improvements in learning\nquality.<\/p>\n<p>He also highlighted the central role of teachers and lecturers in the\neducation ecosystem, underscoring the need to strengthen their capacity\nto adapt to technological developments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTeachers and lecturers are at the forefront of advancing both human\nresources and technology. They will not be replaced by technology;\ninstead, their roles have become even more vital, not only as educators\nbut also as mentors with a strong understanding of technology,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Yuliarto further noted that technology is a double-edged sword. If\nnot used properly, it can create dependency and weaken national\ncapacity.
