The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is deepening its\ninvestigation into an alleged bribery case involving the importation of\ngoods at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC). Akhmad\nFikri Yahmani (AFY), Head of the Subsection on Termination and Employee\nPension, Administration Division, Secretariat of the Directorate General\nof Customs and Excise, has been summoned for questioning.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe examination was conducted at KPK\u2019s Red and White Building,\u201d KPK\nspokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated in a written statement on Friday, 27\nFebruary 2026.<\/p>\n
Akhmad\u2019s status is that of a witness in this case. The KPK expects\nhim to comply with the summons and cooperate with investigators.<\/p>\n
Previously, the KPK had expanded its investigation into the alleged\ncustoms import bribery case. Budiman Bayu Prasojo (BPP), an employee of\nthe DJBC, was arrested. Investigators immediately brought Bayu to KPK\u2019s\nRed and White Building following his arrest. Prior to the coercive\nmeasure, the KPK had designated Budiman as a suspect.<\/p>\n
The KPK has identified six suspects in the case. They are: Rizal\n(RZL), Director of Enforcement and Investigation at the Directorate\nGeneral of Customs and Excise; Sispiran Subiaksono (SIS), Head of the\nIntelligence Enforcement and Investigation Subdirectorate at DJBC;\nOrlando Hamonangan (ORL), Head of the Intelligence Section at DJBC; John\nField, owner of PT Blueray; Andri, head of Blueray\u2019s documentation team;\nand Dedy Kurniawan, operational manager of Blueray.<\/p>\n
