TAUD member Airlangga Julio stated that Andrie is still\nrecovering from his health condition during the hearing. \u201cYes, Andrie\nwill not be able to attend the hearing on Wednesday, 6 May, at the\nJakarta Military Court, because he is still under observation,\nmonitoring, and requires several medical procedures,\u201d Julio said during\na press conference at the YLBHI office in Jakarta on Monday (4\/5\/2026).\nNevertheless, he acknowledged that TAUD had received oral information\nfrom the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) regarding the\nsummons for Andrie to the second hearing on 6 May 2026. However,\naccording to Julio, they have never seen the summons letter in physical\nform. \u201cAnd just now we tried to confirm with KontraS, and from KontraS,\nthey said Andrie has also not received the physical summons letter for 6\nMay,\u201d he explained. Therefore, Julio assessed that formally, Andrie\nYunus has not received an official summons from the Military Court,\neither under military criminal procedure law or civil criminal procedure\nlaw. Previously, the first hearing in the acid attack case against\nAndrie Yunus was held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026. The agenda of the\nfirst hearing was the reading of the indictment against four Indonesian\nNational Army (TNI) personnel accused of throwing acid at KontraS Deputy\nCoordinator Andrie Yunus in Salemba, Central Jakarta, on Thursday\n(12\/3\/2026). They were annoyed with Andrie Yunus for giving instructions\nat the Fairmont Jakarta hotel on 16 March 2025. \u201cThe defendants\nconsidered that Mr Andrie Yunus had insulted the TNI institution and\neven trampled on the TNI institution,\u201d said Military Prosecutor\nLieutenant Colonel Corps of Law (Chk) TNI Muhammad Iswadi during the\nhearing at the Jakarta Military Court II-08 on Wednesday (29\/4\/2026).\nThe four defendants are charged with multiple articles, namely Article\n469 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code as the primary charge, Article\n468 paragraph (1) as subsidiary, and Articles 467 paragraphs (1) and (2)\nas further subsidiary, in conjunction with Article 20 letter c of Law\nNumber 1 of 2023.
