The company has more than 4,030 outlets\nacross Indonesia and is now intensifying efforts to strengthen\ndigitalisation as the key to expanding service reach and public\nfinancial literacy.<\/p>\n<p>Pegadaian\u2019s Director of Marketing, Sales, and Product Development,\nSelfie Dewiyanti, stated that the company is not only relying on its\nphysical network but is also strengthening its digital ecosystem through\nvarious collaborations, including with banks.<\/p>\n<p>This strategy is aimed at expanding customer acquisition while\nincreasing broader financial education. Selfie noted that the company\u2019s\ndigital platform, Tring!, serves as an important foundation in reaching\nmore users and is positioned to become the backbone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we only rely on outlets, the number is indeed already large, more\nthan 4,030. But with digital, it means we are preparing the backbone for\nmore massive literacy,\u201d said Selfie when met in Jakarta on Sunday, 26\nApril 2026.<\/p>\n<p>She emphasised the company\u2019s efforts to maximise digital channels for\nacquiring as many customers as possible. Customer expansion efforts are\naccompanied by steps for literacy and education to the widest possible\npublic.<\/p>\n<p>Pegadaian\u2019s Director of Information Technology and Digital, Yos Iman\nJaya Dappu, added the importance of presenting applications relevant to\nall generations of users, from Baby Boomers, Millennials, to Gen Z. They\nrealise that users want an easy-to-use gold investment application.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe most important thing is how to make the application relevant.\nRelevant means useful and used by all generations. Everyone wants an\napplication that is easy, fast, and comfortable. That is the essence of\nTRING,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Pegadaian\u2019s Chief Commissioner, A. M. Putranto, affirmed\nthat the transformation undertaken by the company aims to make\nPegadaian\u2019s services increasingly inclusive and accessible to all levels\nof society, even to international markets.
