        "content": "<p>Tanker sinks near Cilacap<\/p>\n<p>CILACAP, Central Java: A tanker carrying 1,000 tons of liquid<br>\nasphalt sank off Cilacap on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>MT HHC sank because of a leak, according to the local office<br>\nof state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina.<\/p>\n<p>No fatalities were reported, and all 11 crew members onboard,<br>\nincluding Captain Hendrik J. Takumangsan, were accounted for.<\/p>\n<p>The tanker was on its way to Parepare, South Sulawesi.<\/p>\n<p>Pertamina dismissed concerns of environmental damage, saying<br>\nthat the asphalt would have solidified and sank to the bottom of<br>\nthe sea.<\/p>\n<p>But fishermen in the area have disputed the claim.<\/p>\n<p>\"We saw a black slick on the sea surface.
