        "content": "<p>Tanjung Priok Customs recorded various service activities for\ncompanies holding the Mitra Utama Kepabeanan (MITA) status throughout\nApril 2026. These services included consultations, technical assistance,\nand the utilisation of digital systems designed to support the smooth\nexecution of customs and logistics processes.<\/p>\n<p>MITA is a status granted to companies demonstrating high levels of\ncustoms compliance. Under this status, companies receive several service\nfacilities, such as accelerated document processing, reduced inspection\nfrequency, and digital support for the submission of customs data.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout April 2026, consultation services provided via the MITA\nClient Coordinator (CC) reached 703 online sessions. Additionally, 34\nface-to-face consultations were conducted in the MITA\/AEO Lounge.<\/p>\n<p>The use of digital systems was also evident through the processing of\nsoftcopy Certificates of Origin (COO) submitted by MITA companies via\nthe SLIM system. During the same period, the number of processed\ndocuments reached 1,402.<\/p>\n<p>On the operational side, Tanjung Priok Customs also verified 357\n\u2018part of\u2019 notification documents. All applications have been integrated\ninto the CEISA TPS Online application to support administrative and\nservice processes.<\/p>\n<p>These streamlined services are considered to have a significant\nimpact on corporate operational activities. During an audience with the\nMITA\/AEO Team at the Tanjung Priok Customs Office, Heryanto, General\nManager of PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia, expressed his appreciation\nfor the services provided.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe assistance from Tanjung Priok Customs and the support of the\nSLIM 3.0 digital system greatly simplifies our business processes. I\nhighly appreciate the rapid and around-the-clock response from the MITA\nservice officers,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>According to Heryanto, proactive communication helps companies\nmaintain operational continuity, even when facing vessel delivery delays\ncaused by global geopolitical dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Niko Budhi Darma, Head of the Compliance Guidance and\nInformation Services Division at Tanjung Priok Customs, emphasised that\nthe office continues to welcome feedback from service users.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVarious aspirations will serve as the basis for continuous\nevaluation. A strengthening synergy between Tanjung Priok Customs and\nbusiness actors is expected to continue supporting and enhancing\nnational industrial competitiveness,\u201d he added.<\/p>",
