Tangerang beach disappointing<\/p>\n

On Dec. 31, 1995 I took my family to a beach in Tangerang,
\nWest Java for a holiday. This beach is not so well-known as other
\nbeaches, but it offers something which is refreshing. A long way
\nbefore we reached the location, we encountered numerous children
\noffering tickets to enter the beach. The nearer we came the more
\npeople confronted us wishing to sell entrance tickets. We tried
\nto ignore them.<\/p>\n
When we reached the gate we did not see the staff who was
\nsupposed to sell tickets to the visitors. Maybe they might
\nmingled with the crowd offering tickets to the new arrivals.<\/p>\n
I came to the beach on a motor-bike but was forced to buy a
\nticket intended for a car.<\/p>\n
Before returning home we dropped into a restaurant where I was
\ntold that a dangdut band would play that evening to welcome the
\nNew Year. Every visitor, even in the morning, was charged Rp 2000
\nfor the event.<\/p>\n
I hope the local authorities take the necessary measures to
\nput an end to these sorts of irregularities.<\/p>\n
