Is it that you simply like to take every <br>\nopportunity to bash any well known corporate name? Or is it that <br>\nyou have nothing better with which to fill your pages?<\/p>\n<p>You regularly publish similar drivel from people complaining <br>\nabout various services. Often the individuals who write in have <br>\nnot even made an effort to discuss the matter with the management <br>\nof the offending company.<\/p>\n<p>As a regular reader of your publication I would like you to <br>\nknow that I have no interest whatsoever in reading about such <br>\ncomplaints from whining members of the public.<br>\n <br>\nALAN CASSELS<br>\nJakarta <br>\n <br>\n Note:  Thank you for your comment.
