Tachers reject move<\/p>\n

Six teachers of state junior high school No.3 in Cileduk,
\nTangerang, said they would file a lawsuit against their
\nheadmaster for illegally trying to transfer them to other
\nschools.<\/p>\n
Prior to filing the lawsuit with the State Administrative
\nCourt, the six teachers, R.Latifah HS, Dani. H, Rahmah, Marsono,
\nBaharudin and Suhaeni were trying to seek a settlement at the
\nmunicipal human resources department office (BKD) on Friday.<\/p>\n
\"Tahya S. Noor, the school headmaster is trying to kick us out
\nbecause we questioned him on why he did not include the fund
\ncollected annually from the student's organization (OSIS) in the
\nschool revenue and expense budget,\" said Marsono, on the
\nsidelines of their meeting with the head of municipal asset and
\nfinancial body.<\/p>\n
He said each student at the school was charged Rp 18,000 by
\nOSIS per academic year. In addition, the six teachers also asked
\nTahya to replace his deputy.<\/p>\n
\"The headmaster seemed unhappy with the criticism made by the
\nteachers, so he then requested the local educational agency
\ntransfer us to other schools,\" Marsono added.<\/p>\n
He said all the teachers rejected a transfer because they
\nconsidered it unlawful.<\/p>\n
Due to the unwillingness of the teachers to leave the school,
\nthe headmaster stopped registering the teachers and had
\nthreatened not to pay their salaries in December.<\/p>\n
BKD responded to the complaints made by the teachers by
\nstating that their salary in December could not be transferred by
\nthe headmaster to other schools. Their complaints are also
\nawaiting Mayor M. Thamrin's decision on whether to go ahead with
\nthe transfer of the teachers and their salaries or not.<\/p>",
