General election campaigns by mobilizing masses of people as a
\nshow of force, which frequently causes traffic congestion and
\neven triggers conflict, should now be abandoned. I would suggest
\nthat political parties conduct their campaigns in an orderly
\nmanner in buildings, at parks and especially through mass media
\npromotional programs.<\/p>\n
TV stations should allow prime time for the party programs
\naccording to fixed timetables, with guidance provided by the
\nGeneral Elections Commission and the Elections Supervisory
\nCommittee, at certain costs within the capacity of all parties,
\nbig and small.<\/p>\n
In this way, party leaders have no way of inventing their
\ntrack records and everything must be validated by professional
\nconsulting agencies. The quality of their messages can thus be
\nenhanced. Any deviation from the procedure of conveyance should
\nbe subject to punitive action.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, party banners should be arranged in a way
\nresembling those put up during sports events or conferences on
\nmajor roads. By applying this new model of election campaigns,
\nclashes along with unnecessary victims of violence can be
\nprevented.<\/p>\n
