I'm ready, as a witness,\" he told reporters on<br>\nThursday, following the grant of permission by President Megawati<br>\nSoekarnoputri for the Jakarta Police to investigate him.<\/p>\n<p>The case started when Government Watch (Gowa), another non-<br>\ngovernmental organization, accused ICE and its founder, Irma<br>\nHutabarat, of misusing the funds collected at a charity night on<br>\nMarch 1 aimed at helping flood victims.<\/p>\n<p>The city administration appointed ICE to manage the funds.<\/p>\n<p>The police named ICE's treasurer, Hendrawan, as a suspect.<\/p>\n<p>Irma and ICE have filed suit against Gowa for libel at the<br>\nSouth Jakarta District Court. -- JP<\/p>",
