        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - The President Director of PT Loco Montrado, who is also a\nsuspect in the alleged corruption case of metal anode processing, Siman\nBahar, has died in China.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must first confirm regarding Siman Bahar, as we are trying to\nupdate why he went to China, but the information about his death can be\nconfirmed as of today; we just need the administration,\u201d said Acting\nDirector of Investigation of the KPK, Achmad Taufik Husein, at the Merah\nPutih Building, Jakarta, on Monday (13\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Taufik stated that the KPK will issue a Termination of Investigation\nOrder (SP3) related to Siman Bahar\u2019s case.<\/p>\n<p>The KPK re-announced the determination of Siman Bahar as a suspect on\nMonday (5\/6\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>In the first suspect determination, Siman successfully nullified his\nsuspect status through a pretrial lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Kompas.com notes that during the investigation process, the KPK never\ndetained Siman due to health reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, examinations were still conducted at the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe KPK has designated PT LCM as a corporate suspect,\u201d said KPK\nSpokesperson Budi Prasetyo in his statement on Tuesday (14\/10\/2025).<\/p>",
