Fajar Surya Wisesa.<\/p>\n<p>It also assigned a B+ rating to Fajar unit FSW International<br>\nFinance Company B.V's guaranteed secured notes due 2006, the<br>\nagency said.<\/p>\n<p>The outlook was stable, Standard &amp; Poor added.<br>\nFajar's rating reflected its solid market position, strong growth<br>\nin domestic demand and a competitive cost position, offset by<br>\nconcentrated exposure to the Indonesian industrial paper market,<br>\na lack of vertical integration and aggressive financial profile<br>\nand a large capital expenditure plan, it said.<\/p>\n<p>Fajar is the second-largest industrial paper manufacturer in<br>\nIndonesia, supplying the strongly growing domestic demand for<br>\npaper packaging.<\/p>",
