To support the development of mining human resource competencies, the\nCentre for Human Resources Development in Geology, Minerals, and Coal\n(PPSDM Geominerba) has established a partnership with PT Surveyor\nIndonesia (Persero). The collaboration was formalised through the\nsigning of a memorandum of understanding on HR competency development\nand mining technical assistance.<\/p>\n
The partnership includes the development of technical competency\nenhancement programmes, strengthening of operational and administrative\nmanagement, and the utilisation of technology and digitalisation to\nsupport mining activities.<\/p>\n
PT Surveyor Indonesia\u2019s Director of Commerce and Operations, Euis\nEmalia Noor, stated that the collaboration is a step towards\nstrengthening HR capacity and mining sector governance. \u201cPT Surveyor\nIndonesia is committed to delivering services that not only focus on\ntesting, inspection, and certification but also drive competency\nimprovement and governance strengthening in the mining sector. The signing of the memorandum of understanding took place in Jakarta\nand was attended by Head of PPSDM Geominerba Bayu Nugroho, Expert\nInstructor Abdul Majid, Director of Commerce and Operations Euis Emalia\nNoor, Vice President of DBS Coal and Mineral Helmy Satria Yudha, and the\nmanagement team of PT Surveyor Indonesia.<\/p>\n
