        "content": "<p>Surrender of firearms<\/p>\n<p>From Republika<\/p>\n<p>The memorandum of understanding between the Indonesian<br>\ngovernment and the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) contains three<br>\nconditions: The granting of amnesty, withdrawal of Indonesian<br>\nMilitary (TNI) troops and surrender of all weapons by GAM.<\/p>\n<p>The government and the TNI are apparently carrying out the<br>\nfirst two conditions.
