Through it we will hopefully<br>\nbe able to realize the conglomerates&apos; potential to promote the<br>\ngrowth of economic democracy in accordance with Article 33 of our<br>\nConstitution.<\/p>\n<p>We can also ask to what extent the Bali Declaration will help<br>\novercome the existing social and economic disparities.<\/p>\n<p>We very much hope that a mechanism can be devised to<br>\naccomplish a more equal distribution of business opportunities.<br>\nAs the Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications, Joop<br>\nAve, told reporters in Jakarta on Wednesday, businesses cannot be<br>\nexpected to react to appeals but must be managed in order to<br>\ncreate a mechanism.
