        "content": "<p>Surabaya (ANTARA) - The Surabaya City Government is preparing three\nlocations for the construction of simple ownership flats (Rusunami)\nintended for young couples at affordable prices with more modern\nfacilities. Surabaya Mayor Eri Cahyadi in Surabaya on Monday explained\nthat the Rusunami development is being carried out in three strategic\nlocations, namely Tambak Wedi, Rungkut, and Ngagel, for young couples,\nespecially those who have just married, as a solution for decent housing\namid limited land and high property prices in Surabaya. These flats are\ndesigned with a different concept compared to ordinary flats. If\npreviously rusun were synonymous with one room, in this programme each\nunit will be equipped with two bedrooms,\u201d he said. From the price\nperspective, he said, the Surabaya City Government is targeting these\nRusunami to be more affordable than commercial apartments, with a range\nbelow Rp500 million. Even, some units are projected to be priced\nstarting from Rp100 million to Rp200 million, depending on the type and\nlocation. \u201cCurrently, the price calculation is still being refined to\nsuit the capabilities of the target community,\u201d he said.
