        "content": "<p>The Supreme Court has rejected the cassation appeal filed by Jimmy\nMarsin, the President Commissioner and beneficial owner of PT Petro\nEnergy. Jimmy will remain sentenced to 10 years in prison for corruption\ninvolving the provision of credit facilities by the Indonesian Export\nFinancing Agency (LPEI).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReject cassation of Defendant III Jimmy Marsin,\u201d stated the Supreme\nCourt Directory of Decisions page viewed on Saturday (13\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The court also refused the cassation appeal submitted by defendant\nSusy Mira Dewi Sugiarta, the Director of PT Petro Energy. Susy will\ncontinue to serve a 7-year prison sentence.<\/p>\n<p>The cassation cases for Jimmy and Susy were decided on Wednesday\n(3\/6) by presiding judge Jupriyadi, with panel members Arizon Mega Jaya\nand Ainal Mardhiah. The substitute registrar was Ayu Amelia.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the Jakarta High Court had increased Jimmy Marsin\u2019s\nsentence in this case. His punishment was raised from 8 to 10 years in\nprison.<\/p>\n<p>The appellate decision for Jimmy was handed down in a session open to\nthe public at the DKI Jakarta High Court in Cempaka Putih, Central\nJakarta, on Wednesday (11\/3). The appeal was adjudicated by presiding\njudge Catur Iriantoro, with panel members Budi Susilo and Hotma Maya\nMarbun.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSentencing Defendant III Jimmy Masrin to imprisonment for 10 years,\u201d\nthe judge stated while reading the appellate verdict.<\/p>\n<p>The judge also sentenced Jimmy to a fine of Rp 250 million,\nsubsidiary to 90 days of confinement.
