        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2013 The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) is conducting an\naudit of the Financial Report of the Financial Transaction Reports and\nAnalysis Centre (PPATK) for 2025, using a risk-based audit approach.<\/p>\n<p>This audit focuses on internal controls, including entity-level\ncontrols, including controls over the use of information technology, and\ntransaction-level controls.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn addition, other audit focuses include follow-up on previous audit\nfindings, recurring findings, events indicating fraud, and the\nprocurement of goods and services, particularly in the management of\ninventory, information systems, and assets,\u201d said BPK Member II, Daniel\nLumban Tobing, while leading the entry meeting for the audit of the\nPPATK\u2019s 2025 Financial Report, according to an official statement,\nJakarta, Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>BPK Member II stated that this audit is being conducted based on Law\nNumber 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance, Law Number 1 of 2004\nconcerning State Treasury, Law Number 15 of 2004 concerning the Audit of\nState Financial Management and Accountability, and Law Number 15 of 2006\nconcerning the BPK.<\/p>\n<p>Within this legal framework, the agency will provide an opinion on\nthe fairness of the financial report, taking into account compliance\nwith Government Accounting Standards (SAP), the adequacy of disclosures,\ncompliance with laws and regulations, and the effectiveness of the\ninternal control system.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to providing an opinion on the fairness of the financial\nreport, the BPK will also issue an Audit Report on the internal control\nsystem and compliance with statutory regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel also emphasised the importance of providing audit data and\ndocuments on time and in a complete manner. According to him, this data\nand these documents are the supporting evidence needed by BPK auditors\nto obtain sufficient assurance regarding the fairness of the\npresentation of the financial report and the reliability of the internal\ncontrol system.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hope for communication, coordination, and collaboration from\nPPATK to create effective synergy, so that the BPK audit can be carried\nout according to the established timeline,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
