        "content": "<p>Access to job training for persons with disabilities remains a\nchallenge in promoting economic independence. Support for facilities and\nskill enhancement is deemed essential to expand employment opportunities\nfor vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Jakarta has channelled assistance for training support to\npersons with disabilities mentored by the Indonesian Disability\nSolidarity Foundation (YaSDI). The handover was conducted by Bank\nJakarta\u2019s Compliance Director Ateng Rivai to YaSDI\u2019s Board Chairman Suty\nKarno at the East Jakarta Regional Work Training Centre (PPKD), Duren\nSawit, on Friday (24\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Ateng stated that the assistance aims to broaden access to training\nand improve the competitiveness of persons with disabilities in the\nworkforce. \u201cThis support is a form of our concern for our friends with\ndisabilities to have better access to training, skills, and\nopportunities for independence,\u201d said Ateng in a press release on\nSaturday (25\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Ateng added that empowering persons with disabilities is crucial for\ndriving inclusive development. Bank Jakarta, he said, will continue to\ncollaborate with various parties to ensure a sustainable empowerment\necosystem.<\/p>\n<p>YaSDI\u2019s Board Chairman Suty Karno welcomed the assistance positively,\nas it is seen to strengthen the capacity of training participants. \u201cThis\nassistance is very meaningful in supporting training facilities and\nreinforcing the empowerment programmes we run for our friends with\ndisabilities,\u201d said Suty.<\/p>\n<p>YaSDI actively conducts job training, social activities, and advocacy\nfor persons with disabilities. These programmes target skill improvement\nwhile opening wider employment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Jakarta\u2019s Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi stated that the\nactivity reaffirms the company\u2019s commitment to delivering social\nbenefits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis activity is expected to strengthen care, collaboration, and\ncommunity empowerment, including the disability group as an important\npart of inclusive development,\u201d said Arie.<\/p>",
