        "content": "<p>Jakarta, VIVA \u2013 PT Super Bank Indonesia Tbk (Superbank) held its\nfirst Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) since officially\nbecoming a public company in December 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Superbank\u2019s Chief Financial Officer, Melisa Hendrawati, stated that\nin this inaugural AGM, the company decided not to distribute dividends\nfor the 2025 fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p>This decision is based on the Limited Liability Company Law (UU PT),\nwhich stipulates that dividends may only be distributed if the company\nhas positive retained earnings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTherefore, for this year, the bank has no plans to distribute\ndividends this year,\u201d said Melisa in her statement on Monday, 27 April\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Superbank\u2019s President Director, Tigor M. Siahaan, said\nthat the holding of this AGM marks an important milestone for Superbank\nin continuing the strong growth momentum post-IPO, in line with the\nsolid financial performance throughout 2025.<\/p>\n<p>As previously announced, Superbank recorded a pre-tax profit of Rp\n143.3 billion in 2025, supported by a 160% year-on-year growth in net\ninterest income to Rp 1.6 trillion, as well as a 50% year-on-year credit\nexpansion to Rp 9.6 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>Third-party funds (DPK) also increased significantly by 139%\nyear-on-year to Rp 11.8 trillion, while total assets grew 87%\nyear-on-year to Rp 21.3 trillion, reflecting healthy and measured\nbusiness expansion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur first AGM as a public company is an important momentum to\nstrengthen the foundation of governance while continuing the solid\ngrowth we have built,\u201d said Tigor.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the 2025 performance achievements reflect the success\nof the digital strategy based on the ecosystem that we have implemented\ndisciplinedly, as well as the increasing customer trust in\nSuperbank.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGoing forward, we will continue to expand the penetration of digital\nservices through strategic collaborations in the ecosystem, from OVO\nNabung, the Kartu Untung card with KakaoBank, to the integration of the\nPinjaman Atur Sendiri application in Grab and OVO to provide\nincreasingly relevant and accessible financial services,\u201d he stated.<\/p>",
