On Aug. 1, I visited ITC and Ambassador Mal in Kuningan,
\nJakarta, at 3:28. I parked my motorcycle in the parking lot
\nmanaged by Sunparking, leaving my locked helmet and jacket on my
\nmotorcycles as there were no lockers around.<\/p>\n
Though security personnel were registering incoming vehicles
\nand checking the police numbers of outgoing ones, when I left the
\nmall I found my helmet was gone.<\/p>\n
A clause on the parking card says the parking management is
\nnot responsible for any loss belongings. In my view, this
\nprovision only favors the parking firm, whose income rises by the
\nhour without having to take care of the parked cars or
\nmotorcycles.<\/p>\n
I would suggest that any parking firm should not only scoop up
\nparking fees, but also pay attention to the comfort and safety of
\ncustomers and make sure that it supervises the parked vehicles
\nleft in its care.<\/p>\n
