KPK Deputy for\nEnforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu said during a press\nconference in Jakarta on Saturday that ETS also allegedly ordered Tri\nMulyo, the Head of General Affairs at the Sukoharjo Regional\nSecretariat, to manage \u2018Routine OPD Deposits\u2019. The amount requested\nallegedly continued a \u2018legacy\u2019 from the previous regent, using the code\n\u2018padakno karo bapak\u2019 (meaning: match it with the father). Under ETS\u2019s\norders, TRM collected deposits from various regional apparatus\norganisations (OPD) annually and during the holiday bonus period.\nInvestigators are also looking into allegations that TRM provided\ndeposits sourced from fictitious expenditure claims and procurement\nmark-ups within the General Affairs section of the Sukoharjo Regency\nGovernment.
