Sujudi inaugurates COT facility<\/p>\n
Yogyakarta: Minister of Health Achmad Sujudi inaugurated last
\nSaturday Dr. Sardjito Hospital's new integrated Central Operating
\nTheater (COT), the third in the country after Dr. Soetomo Hospital
\nin Surabaya and Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital in Bandung.<\/p>\n
Also attending the inauguration ceremony was Austrian
\nAmbassador to Indonesia Bernhard Zimburg, Director of Dr.
\nSardjito Hospital Sri Endarini, and local government officials
\nand public figures.<\/p>\n
The five-story COT building -- with room space totaling over
\n10,000 square meters -- occupies an area of some 3,250 square
\nmeters at the southern end of the hospital complex near the
\nradiotherapy building.<\/p>\n
That excludes some 830 square meters of basement floor and a
\nground reservoir of some 311 square meters having a capacity of
\n600 cubic meters of water.<\/p>\n
According to director of state-owned Dr. Sardjito Hospital Sri
\nEndarini, the Rp 37.24 billion COT building was financed from the
\nstate budget.<\/p>\n
The building's equipment and accessories including the medical
\ngas and electrical systems, ventilation and
\nair conditioning systems as well as the water heater, water
\ntreatment, lift, telephone, and fire alarm and other systems
\nworth some Rp 348 billion were financed with a soft loan from the
