        "content": "<p>Suit against forestry minister adjourned<\/p>\n<p>PALU, Central Sulawesi: The first session of the lawsuit of PT<br>\nIradat Puri against the Forestry Minister and the Central<br>\nSulawesi provincial administration at the  District Court in Palu<br>\nwas on Saturday adjourned until Nov. 25.<\/p>\n<p>The court session of the lawsuit involving a demand for more<br>\nthan Rp 410 billion in damages by the plaintiff was adjourned at<br>\nthe request of the defendants' lawyers only minutes after the<br>\ncourt was declared open by presiding Judge Djufri Baidjuri.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants said they were prepared to appear in court on<br>\nNov. 25.<\/p>\n<p>PT Iradat Puri (IP) -- one of biggest forest concessionaire<br>\ncovering 195,000 hectars in Central Sulawesi --  filed a lawsuit<br>\nagainst the Minister of Forestry and Central Sulawesi<br>\nAdministration in connection with the revocation of its forest<br>\nconcession by the minister on July 2.<\/p>\n<p>The concession was revoked ahead of its expiry and was<br>\nconsidered as controversial, Antara reported.
