This achievement, primarily from forestry sector penalties and anti-corruption efforts, is seen as a symbol of state resolve against illegal practices and a catalyst for better natural resource governance. Petisi Ahli urges expanding such initiatives to other vulnerable sectors like mining and plantations to enhance inter-agency synergy and protect public interests.",

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The
Indonesian Legal Practitioners and Experts Association (Petisi Ahli)
assesses that the success of the Satgas PKH task force and the Attorney
General’s Office in saving state finances amounting to Rp11.4 trillion
must become the new standard for law enforcement in the country. Petisi
Ahli President Pitra Romadoni Nasution stated in an official release in
Jakarta on Friday that the success of the Forest Area Regulation Task
Force (Satgas PKH) of the Attorney General’s Office becomes the new
standard for law enforcement because the apparatus not only focuses on
prosecution but also contributes substantially to state financial
recovery. “This is the face of progressive law. Law enforcement does not
only punish, but also restores state losses concretely. This is what
society expects,” he said. He conveyed that Petisi Ahli also encourages
similar steps to be expanded to other sectors that have the potential to
harm state finances, such as mining, plantations, and other natural
resources. In addition, he emphasised the importance of synergy among
law enforcement institutions so that efforts to save state finances can
run more effectively and sustainably. “We are ready to stand at the
forefront in fully supporting the Attorney General’s Office and all law
enforcement apparatus in upholding the dignity of the law and saving
state finances,” he stated. According to Pitra, the success in saving
Rp11.4 trillion becomes an important milestone in asset recovery-based
law enforcement efforts and serves as a strong message that the state is
present and uncompromising towards legal violations that harm public
interests. Petisi Ahli appreciates the success of Satgas PKH together
with the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General’s Office in saving state
finances amounting to Rp11.4 trillion. That achievement, he said, is
concrete evidence of the seriousness of law enforcement apparatus in
upholding the rule of law and protecting state assets from illegal
practices that harm state finances. Symbol of courage. According to him,
the firm steps taken by the Attorney General’s Office through Satgas PKH
demonstrate that the state must not lose to legal violations, especially
in the forestry sector which has long been one of the points prone to
state financial leaks. “We give our highest appreciation to the Attorney
General’s Office. The success in saving Rp11.4 trillion is not just a
number, but a symbol of the state’s courage in enforcing the law and
returning the people’s rights,” he emphasised. Pitra added that the
forest area regulation carried out not only impacts state loss recovery
but also becomes an important momentum in improving natural resource
governance in Indonesia. The Satgas PKH task force handed over Rp11.42
trillion to the state treasury from the results of collecting
administrative fines in the forestry sector amounting to Rp7.23
trillion, handling corruption cases by the Attorney General’s Office for
the period January-March 2026 Rp1.96 trillion, proceeds from PBNP
originating from environmental fines Rp1.14 trillion, tax revenue
receipts Rp967.7 billion, and state revenue from tax deposits by PT
Agrinas Palma Nusantara for January-February 2026 Rp108.5 billion.
",
