It is unfair,\" shouted one of the<br>\nprotesters.<\/p>\n<p>Rector Rubiyanto Misman said the university was forced to<br>\nexpel the students because of serious breaches of academic and<br>\nadministrative regulations.<\/p>\n<p>\"Most of them failed to pay their tuition, while others failed<br>\nto meet their academic schedules and requirements,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>Rubiyanto added that some of the expelled students were behind<br>\nin their tuition by four to five semesters.
