        "content": "<p>Students lose school buildings<\/p>\n<p>BOGOR: Hundreds of students of two state elementary schools in<br>\nHambalang village, Bogor regency, have to attend classes at<br>\nanother school because their school buildings had been destroyed<br>\nunder building swap agreements, while the new buildings have not<br>\nbeen constructed.<\/p>\n<p>The first agreement is between SDN Hambalang I elementary<br>\nschool and State Rubber Plantation Estate, while the second is<br>\nbetween SDN 5 elementary school and Permata Sentul housing<br>\ndeveloper.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the local education and teaching office Barkeh Dimyati<br>\ntold Antara on Tuesday that the agreements were made in 1980. The<br>\nplantation estate and the developer promised to build new<br>\nbuildings for the two schools.<\/p>\n<p>But the plantation estate later made an agreement with PT<br>\nIndocement, which then took over all of its assets, including the<br>\nSDN Hambalang I building. PT Indocement claimed it knew nothing<br>\nabout the building swap agreement between the school and the<br>\nrubber plantation estate.<\/p>\n<p>Permata Sentul has not kept to its promise to build a new<br>\nschool building for SDN 5 for as long as its whereabouts are not<br>\nclear, Dimyati said.<\/p>\n<p>\"To whom should we complain?
