The distressing incident occurred when the victim was\nalone at home on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at approximately 03:00 Wita in\nthe early morning hours.<\/p>\n<p>Head of Public Relations at Buleleng Police Headquarters Inspector\nYohana Rosalin Diaz, with the permission of the Buleleng Police Chief,\nconfirmed the report when contacted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis incident has been reported to Buleleng Police Headquarters\nunder report number LP\/B\/78\/III\/2026\/SPKT\/Polres Buleleng\/Polda Bali\ndated 10 March. Currently, investigators are conducting an investigation\nand the identity of the suspect remains under investigation,\u201d she stated\non Wednesday, 11 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the incident, the victim\u2019s family was at a hospital,\nleaving the house empty. The suspect allegedly broke into the victim\u2019s\nlocked house before entering the victim\u2019s bedroom.<\/p>\n<p>Upon entering the bedroom, the perpetrator turned off the lights,\nthen committed violence against the victim and threatened to kill her if\nshe screamed.<\/p>\n<p>Fearing for her life, the victim did not dare to resist. After\ncommitting the assault, the perpetrator then left the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The victim also stated she did not know the perpetrator. During a\nbrief conversation during the incident, the perpetrator asked whether\nthe victim knew him. Additionally, the perpetrator reportedly stated\nthat he did not come alone, but rather with two other people when\nentering the victim\u2019s house.<\/p>\n<p>Police are now conducting a series of investigations, including\ngathering the victim\u2019s statement and tracing the possible whereabouts of\nthe perpetrator.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestigators are still conducting a detailed examination of this\ncase by gathering statements and available evidence to identify the\nperpetrator,\u201d explained Inspector Yohana.<\/p>",
