        "content": "<p>PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Inhealth) has undertaken\nrebranding as a step to assert its role within the IFG Life holding\necosystem under the Indonesia Financial Group (IFG). This visual\nidentity update is part of a strategy to strengthen the company\u2019s\npositioning as an integrated health insurance service provider, while\nsimultaneously enhancing synergy with other entities within the\nstate-owned insurance, guarantee, and investment group.<\/p>\n<p>Based on data from the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI)\nfor the first quarter of 2026, Inhealth has consistently maintained the\nlargest market share in the group health insurance industry. Currently,\nthe company serves over 1.7 million users, making it one of the most\nwidely used health protection providers for employees and the Indonesian\npublic.<\/p>\n<p>Marihot H. Tambunan, Compliance Director and Acting President\nDirector of Inhealth, emphasised that the branding change does not alter\nthe company\u2019s legal identity or its services. \u201cThe branding change does\nnot change the legal status of the Company, which remains PT Asuransi\nJiwa Inhealth Indonesia, nor do the products and services, which remain\nthe same. For over 17 years, Inhealth has been present as a health\ninsurer,\u201d he stated in an official release.<\/p>\n<p>Inhealth has been part of the IFG holding structure since 26 June\n2024 as a subsidiary of IFG Life. Since then, synergy has been\ncontinuously strengthened across products, services, and digital\ndevelopment. This includes enhancing services through the One by IFG\napplication, which has been operational since 2025, as well as\ncollaboration in Joint Insurance Products (PAB).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe continue to strengthen synergy and move forward together with IFG\nand IFG Life to reinforce our service foundation as a provider of life\nand health insurance,\u201d said Marihot. He added that disciplined risk\nmanagement and portfolio optimisation also remain key focuses for the\ncompany.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Diastana Firman, Finance Director and Acting President Director\nof IFG Life, added that the momentum of this rebranding serves as a step\ntowards strengthening sustainable synergy between IFG Life and Inhealth.\n\u201cThis synergy is expected to drive a protection ecosystem that is\nincreasingly relevant to the needs of the community,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p>This ecosystem is supported by more than 8,000 Inhealth provider\npartners, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies\nacross Indonesia and abroad, including Singapore.
