        "content": "<p>BPJS Kesehatan has launched the BPJS Kesehatan TANGGAP (Capture\nAspirations, Realise Solutions) kick-off to gather constructive input\nfrom all stakeholders in the JKN programme. The cross-sector forum is\nheld as a step to strengthen the JKN system so that it delivers higher\nquality and provides optimal benefits for participants.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Executive Officer Prihati Pujowaskito said the listening\nexercise is part of strengthening the transformation of the JKN service\nquality, focusing on ease, speed, and equity. He said strategic policies\nmust be formulated based on the aspirations and real needs of\nparticipants on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCapturing aspirations is not merely about receiving input, but\nunderstanding needs and the direction of change. Through BPJS Kesehatan\nTanggap, every aspiration will be followed up into policies that are\nmore relevant and have a real impact on improving the quality of JKN\nservices,\u201d Pujo said on Wednesday (04\/03).<\/p>\n<p>Pujo said BPJS Kesehatan continues to open space for collaboration\nwith employers, the legislature, the government, health facilities,\nprofessional associations, experts, academics, and even internal\norganisations to strengthen the JKN ecosystem. The involvement of all\nstakeholders is considered vital to delivering an optimal health\ncoverage system oriented to participants\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe sustainability of the JKN Programme can only be built through\ntrust born of openness, consistency, and a commitment to continually\nlisten and improve in order to deliver services that are increasingly\nhigh in quality and sustainable,\u201d Pujo added.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Chair of the BPJS Kesehatan Supervisory Board,\nStevanus Adrianto Passat, assessed that an effective supervisory\nfunction must also be based on understanding of the on-ground dynamics.\nHe said this step is important to enrich analysis and sharpen the\nformulation of policy directions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTogether with all levels of management and the supervisory board, we\nensure that the strategic plan is prepared based on real needs, current\nchallenges, and opportunities that can be optimised,\u201d Stevanus\nemphasised.<\/p>\n<p>He believes good policy emerges from the process of listening to\naspirations from all parties. Therefore, Stevanus stressed that BPJS\nKesehatan has opened as wide a space as possible for all stakeholders to\nprovide constructive and solution-oriented inputs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMay the synergy that has been built remain strong, and may this\nforum yield concrete, implementable recommendations with real impact for\nthe community,\u201d Stevanus stated.<\/p>",
