The situation\nwas captured in a video uploaded by the Instagram account <span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"binamargajakartatimur\">@binamargajakartatimur<\/span>. In the\nvideo, several components inside the panel are missing, causing the\nsurrounding area to become dark as the lights do not turn on. \u201cThis is\ncaused by the loss of components in the PJU panel box at Substation K\n131 due to theft. It will be immediately followed up by officers for\nhandling and restoration of the street lighting function,\u201d reads the\ncaption from the Instagram account binamargajakartatimur. The Head of\nthe Infrastructure, Facilities, Utilities, and Street Lighting Section\nof the East Jakarta Road Infrastructure Sub-District Office, Yanuar\nIkhsan, confirmed the incident. \u201cThe outage happened that night, and\nafter inspection, it is likely the theft occurred the previous day.
