        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI)\nhas emphasised the protection of victims and the fulfilment of\nrestitution rights in the handling of the suspected stray bullet case\nthat injured two children by a TNI AL member in Gresik Regency, East\nJava.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo not allow any weakening that results in the child victims\nexperiencing repeated victimisation. Victims DF and RO subsequently underwent major surgery\nto remove the bullets.<\/p>\n<p>DF suffered a broken bone in his left palm and had a pin\ninstalled.<\/p>",
