Choose a<br>\nsuburb in the vicinity of your children's school if you are<br>\nbuying a property for your children. Choose the type of property,<br>\nwhether a house, a townhouse or an apartment, according to your<br>\nbudget.<\/p>\n<p>* Site inspection. You can do it yourself, or you can entrust<br>\nyour children there to inspect it, or you can appoint authorized<br>\npersonnel to check it for you.<\/p>\n<p>* Sign a booking letter only to hold the property for you for<br>\none or two weeks, depending on the availability of the property.<\/p>\n<p>* Sign and exchange of the fixed-price sales contract.<\/p>\n<p>* Transfer 10 percent deposit of the sale price to the<br>\nlegislated trust account in Australia. Then pay nothing more<br>\nuntil the building is complete.
