Founder dr.\nYanti Khusmiran stated during the anniversary event in Jakarta on Sunday\n(14\/6) that the clinic is now growing not only in Indonesia but also\ninternationally. She explained that over the past two years, the clinic\nhas treated more than 100 patients with various health conditions,\nranging from diabetes and stroke to heart disease, autoimmune disorders,\nand neurological conditions such as autism. \u201cThis two-year journey has\nproven the presence of Klinik dr. Yanti Stem Cell in Indonesia and it is\nnow recognised internationally. We are the only clinic from Indonesia to\nhave a branch in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and in July 2026 we will\nopen a new branch in Cancun, Mexico,\u201d said dr. Yanti. She noted that\nthis expansion is part of an effort to strengthen Indonesia\u2019s position\nin the global healthcare industry while supporting the development of\nthe medical tourism sector. \u201cWe want to help the government reduce\nforeign exchange outflows caused by citizens seeking treatment abroad,\nwhile also generating foreign exchange through medical tourism\nprogrammes being launched in Jakarta and Bali,\u201d she added. During the\noccasion, the clinic\u2019s management outlined seven strategic pillars for\ncorporate development. These pillars include strengthening branding,\npositioning as part of an international stem cell therapy network\nthrough membership in ISSCA (International Society for Stem Cell\nApplication), enhancing the reputation of internationally certified\ndoctors, developing services based on patient demographics, boosting the\nappeal of medical tourism, improving patient experience, and\nimplementing increasingly sophisticated and standardised therapy\nprotocols. The clinic is a partner of the US-based Global Stem Cell\nGroup and a member of ISSCA. Management stated that this international\ncollaboration serves as the foundation for improving service quality and\nstrengthening research and development activities to enhance patient\noutcomes. In her presentation, dr. Yanti revealed that type 2 diabetes\nhas been the most frequently treated case over the past two years. She\nnoted that diabetes is not only related to blood sugar levels but also\ncauses damage to blood vessels, which in turn triggers complications in\nvarious vital organs. \u201cThe most common case we handle is diabetes. It is\nthe root of many diseases because its complications can affect the\nbrain, heart, kidneys, lungs, and even the eyes,\u201d she said, adding that\nthe clinic\u2019s stem cell therapy focuses on repairing damaged tissues and\norgans rather than merely reducing disease symptoms. \u201cWe do not treat\nthe symptoms, but the diseased organ.
