Agustadi, the chief of the Pattimura<br>\nMilitary Command, which oversees Maluku, said on Wednesday that<br>\nrecent security improvements in the province were not enough<br>\nreason to lift the state of civil emergency.<\/p>\n<p>Agustadi said he was not considering lifting the state of<br>\nemergency just yet, reasoning that much work needed to be done to<br>\nensure that violence would not return.<\/p>\n<p>\"So for this year, the state of civil emergency might not be<br>\nlifted.
