        "content": "<p>Space technology company Starvision has announced its readiness to\nlaunch the Lampung-1 satellite, part of the OSE Hyperspectral Twin\nSatellite mission scheduled to take place on 5 August 2026 from the sea\noff the coast of Shandong, China.<\/p>\n<p>Information regarding the launch readiness of the OSE Hyperspectral\nTwin Satellite mission, including the Lampung-1 satellite, was revealed\nthrough a post on Starvision\u2019s official Instagram account, <span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"star.vision_aerospace\">@star.vision_aerospace<\/span>,\npublished ahead of the mission\u2019s execution.<\/p>\n<p>In the post, Starvision stated that the rocket carrying the OSE\nHyperspectral Twin Satellite had been transported to the launch vessel\nand was heading towards the launch site at sea off the coast of\nShandong, China. The launch is scheduled for 5 August 2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to information shared via the official Instagram account,\nthe mission forms part of efforts to strengthen international space\ncooperation by carrying two primary satellites: Lampung-1 and Samarkand\n2028.<\/p>\n<p>The company also invited the public to follow the latest developments\nahead of the mission\u2019s liftoff. In the post, Starvision highlighted the\ninvolvement of the Lampung Provincial Government, BRIN Indonesia and\nUzcosmos Uzbekistan as part of the collaboration in the mission.<\/p>\n<p>Starvision explained that Lampung-1 was developed in cooperation with\nthe Lampung Provincial Government. The satellite is designed to support\nthe acceleration of marine economic growth, the strengthening of\nenvironmental governance, and industrial collaboration in the Lampung\nregion.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Samarkand 2028 was developed together with Uzbekistan to\nsupport regional ecological monitoring and technological innovation.<\/p>\n<p>In the same post, Starvision noted that both satellites are equipped\nwith multi-band hyperspectral imaging technology combined with\nartificial intelligence (AI) computing on board the satellite. This\ntechnology enables data processing to be carried out directly in orbit,\nresulting in information that is faster, smarter and more accessible to\na wide range of users.<\/p>",
