In his last phone call to my<br>\nhouse (Oct. 26), he threatened he would hunt me down and kill me.<br>\nHe has also threatened my father.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for this is that I am a Standard Chartered Bank<br>\ncredit card debtor.<\/p>\n<p>I plan to raise this matter with the Indonesian Consumer<br>\nFoundation (YLKI), the Standard Chartered Bank headquarters in<br>\nthe UK, the British Embassy, the mass media, the banking<br>\nombudsman and the securities commissions in Indonesia and the UK,<br>\nand eventually with the police and the district attorney's<br>\noffice.<\/p>\n<p>I am saddened that Standard Chartered Bank, an international<br>\ncompany, demonstrates its low respect for customers in this way.<\/p>\n<p>I have been told that death threats and harassment are common<br>\nterror tactics used by Standard Chartered Bank debt collectors.<\/p>\n<p>AVIAN EDDYPUTRA<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta<\/p>",
