The programme, titled SPX Super\nManfaat, comprises three benefits: Beasiswa Super, Umrah Super, and\nKelas Super for SPX Express couriers who meet the eligibility\ncriteria.<\/p>\n<p>Harry Akbar, SPX Express\u2019s Operations Director for Business, said the\nprogramme is a form of corporate appreciation for couriers\u2019\ncontributions to maintaining optimal delivery services across Indonesia.\n\u2018The excellent service experienced by users nationwide is inseparable\nfrom the dedication of our couriers. As an act of appreciation, we are\noffering couriers the opportunity to receive support in the form of\neducational scholarships up to the chance to perform Umrah,\u2019 he said in\nan official statement dated 21 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Harry noted that the programme is designed not only to meet\noperational needs of couriers but also to provide long-term benefits for\nthe welfare and personal development of the couriers and their families.\nIn addition to educational support, scholarship recipients will also\ngain career opportunities at SPX Express after completing their studies.\nThe programme is expected to help open access to better education for\ncouriers\u2019 families.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, under the Umrah Super programme, SPX Express will send ten\ncouriers with top performance to undertake the Umrah pilgrimage to the\nHoly Land. The company will cover all travel requirements, from airfare,\nvisa, accommodation, transport, meals, meningitis vaccination, medical\nchecks, to pilgrimage accompaniment.<\/p>\n<p>The programme serves as a recognition of the dedication and\nperformance of couriers in carrying out their daily duties. SPX Express\nhas also introduced Kelas Super, focusing on developing the capacity and\nskills of couriers.
