The attack is said to have been triggered by a personal debt\nissue.<\/p>\n<p>According to information provided by the National Nutrition Agency\n(BGN) on Thursday (19\/3\/2026), the violent attack and destruction at\nSPPG Karawang Klari Pancawati II took place on Tuesday (17\/3) night. A\nvideo of the violent incident has also gone viral on social media.<\/p>\n<p>In its statement, BGN indicated that the violence was allegedly\ntriggered by a personal debt matter that escalated into a conflict and\narmed violence at the SPPG site. The perpetrators arrived together on a\nmotorcycle and immediately sought out the security officer on duty.<\/p>\n<p>An argument ensued, leading the perpetrators to brandish a machete\nand attack the victim within the SPPG premises. The security officer was\nforced to take shelter in the volunteer locker room while the\nperpetrators damaged the door with their sharp weapon until it broke and\nthey entered the room.<\/p>\n<p>The victim sustained injuries from machete slashes and broken glass,\nwhile SPPG facilities suffered damage including doors and equipment.\nLocal residents, upon learning of the incident, immediately pursued the\nperpetrators as it unfolded.<\/p>\n<p>One perpetrator was successfully apprehended, while the other fled.\nPolice officers who arrived at the scene promptly handled the situation\nand processed the crime scene (TKP).<\/p>\n<p>The conflict stemmed from allegations of embezzlement of motorcycle\ndeposit funds amounting to approximately Rp 12 million.
