Ltd. will take a 40 percent stake in the<br>\njoint venture, while Fantastic, which is listed on the Frankfurt<br>\nExchange, will hold the rest, a statement said.<\/p>\n<p>The paid-up capital of the joint venture is US$10 million.<\/p>\n<p>The joint venture's main customers will telecommunications<br>\ncompanies and other broadband infrastructure owners.<\/p>\n<p>The venture will put together broadband content to be carried<br>\non the broadband infrastructure, including interactive television<br>\nproducts and multimedia products for personal computers and<br>\nmobile phones.<\/p>",
